Problem:
I am having trouble enrolling a fingerprint.

Cause:
Dirt build-up on the sensor. Dry skin. Unable to get consistent reading. A faulty sensor.

Solution:
Wipe off the sensor with a clean, dry cloth as to remove any excess dirt build-up. Do not use harsh or abrasive chemicals on the cloth or sensor. Add a small amount of hand lotion to you hands as this will add moisture, and help the sensor to better detect your finger. In testing we found that damaged, worn down or skin diseases such as psoriasis can change makeup of a finger fingerprint which causes inconsistent reading and may not work. Biometric sensor itself could be faulty. If this is suspected then please contact the safe manufacture or a safe and vault technician for warranty service and replacement.
