Problem:
I do not have a Format Key button in my software.
Cause:
You have an old version of the audit software.
Solution:
You should not need to format you keys for the audit lock to download properly.
Note: Newer locks do not work with the old software and vice versa. Please contact you sales rep to ensure you have the proper lock with the proper software.
