Problem:
I think I made an error while performing my combination change.

Cause:
The opening index (12 o’clock) was used to change combination.

or

Incorrect change sequence used.

or

Unknown combination set.

Solution:
Subtract 8 digits from the combination that was set.
Ex: 25-75-43 try 17-67-35

Remove back cover of lock. Align all three change key holes and position them around the 7 o’clock. This should line the change key holes in the wheels with the change key hole in the cover. Replace cover and insert key. Follow change instructions.
